They were very fast at coming around to value the house promised the earth and delivered next to nothing. I even had direct feedback from two viewings, as the viewers knew some friends of ours and they said they are very pompous and try the hard sell but skip over important facts to secure a sale at whatever the cost. This put the viewers off knowing that the info given was false.
I used Thomas H Wood in the end and secured a sale in weeks.
